Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from ALWAYS THE SUN BOUTIQUE 🌺🌺🌺

If you are not happy with your garment due to wrong size, not suitable, we are happy to Issue you a credit voucher for a new order once garment has been returned.

Postage on returned item is to be covered by the customer.

Notify us to let us know of your return, items to be returned within 7 - 14 days.

Items to be returned in a saleable condition.

- Tags attached

- Not worn, altered or washed

- No make-up marks

- No fake tan marks

- No smell of perfume or deodorant

All full priced items can be returned for an online credit (e-gift card) within 14 days of receiving your parcel. This is extended out to 21 days for remote country areas and International parcels.
We do not provide refunds.
Online credits can be used to purchase another size or item. We do not do straight exchanges. We do not hold stock for exchanges.
Credits are the value of the item/s only and do not include postage
No returns on items purchased on sale (50% off or more) or items purchased within a promotional period. No returns on items purchased using a promotional code or discount - these are final sale.

Items purchased using AFTERPAY follow the same return conditions and you will be issued a credit note (in the form of an e-gift card) upon receiving your items. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to 



In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, ALWAYS THE SUN BOUTIQUE is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change you mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay.

If there is a major fault with your item we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible then we will offer you a credit note or refund. The outcome of a refund is at ALWAYS THE SUN BOUTIQUES discretion.

If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.


Please check your item over carefully upon receiving it. If there are any faults the item can be sent back to be assessed. If the item is faulty you will be refunded in accordance with your consumer rights. Your postage will also be covered. If the tags have been removed and the item has been worn we will be unable to accept the item back. Any claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
